Now that you can do these without much difficulty, with your toes touching the wall, of course - try them with your arms overhead, sort of a naked overhead face-the-wall squat. :)

This was hard. Everything moved well but I was too stiff in the shoulders
and traps again from swings

The Russian Hand to Hand combat, Systema drill describes this squat with hands up. Have this wall squat surrounded by lots of porcupine must do.
