Really bad sleep. Solid from 7:30 -12 then basically up for an hour and
half then back for an hour or so.

Thursday night I made filet mignon with Balsamic Vinegar and port reduction. Mmmm.
I had mine with a dark Check beer though.
No kettlebells for dinner. There's enough iron in the steak :)
