Pass my snatch test with the 24kg
Pistol the 28kg
80 sets of 16kg MVO2, 6 reps
80 sets of 16kg MVO2, 7 reps
FMS arm-leg raise
Turkish... I know I have the 40 in me. Why not train for that this year? Lots of 28kg TGUs to get there.

For literally NO good reason I felt very strong and solid today. When I
did my first set of swings I had to double check the weight!

Those are some impressive goals -- even more impressive because I know that you'll do all you can to achieve them. :) Keep kicking ass!
