Hey, Nikki! I was wondering if you're planning to go to Pavel's bodyweight workshop in October. I'm going and was trying to decide if I'm coming just for the one day or if I would stay and extra day or two...Thought you might have some suggestions--especially if you're going to be there.

Hey Jen! I probably will go (if it doesn't sell out by the time I register)... have to wait for a few receivables to come in. Too many expenditures this spring & summer! I don't know anything about Ventura, but... the Sunday morning KBLA class would be great to go to. And afterward, breakfast and bloody marys? ;D
If you all do come out here for the workshop, we'll have to train together. Perhaps you'd be interested in attending one of Doug Nepodal's classes? Always an option!
Nice job with the TGU ladder! :) By the way, have you attempted the snatch test again with the 20kg yet? I have yet to try it again...

Uhhh, yes. I did try it again. Once. And it was the weeniest, most pathetic display... epic fail. Thanks for the reminder. ;) Seriously, I ought to train specifically for it a couple times a week. Maybe do 10/10 every 2:00 or 1:45... get to 20 sets and work my way faster...
Well, gals, we'll just have to plan on getting together to workout that weekend around the workshop.:) Though I'll be the little old weakling,LOL. Nikki, I'll definitely be stayin in Ventura Saturday night and likely Sunday night, for what that is worth. As to how many more days, that's yet to be seen.
