24kg snatch: 5L/5R on 1:45 for 10 sets. Focus on MVC and faster hinging.
16kg seated press: 4L/4R - I've lost a lot of pressing strength. Gonna get back to work on this.
44 kg swings 20 x 5 ( 30 min), 44 kg belt squats 4x8, pullaparts 3 x 30

This went SO much better than it could have. Lower back (l3-L5 and sacrum)
was "unstable" all day yesterday from Wed snatches etc and the mid back
press...

I'm mostly just sitting here imagining that 24 going overhead. Damn, that's a lot of weight. I'm awed.
