This went VERY well almost all reps identical.
Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it
with more weight on torso than arm...

What an awesome comment to receive, thanks Josh! I'm very excited for your upcoming RKC. My one piece of advice for you - take notes. As often as possible. You will probably be the only one doing it... but you will certainly wish you had taken even more.
