This went GREAT. After mondays soft knees I focused on "locking the knee"
then getting head out ofof the way
Way out. Worked great
Lock the knee then ...

Any beast related challenge you planning for next San Diego RKC?
No, Taikei, I haven't been training the pullups again yet. Someday I will be back at those! But, my goal for the San Diego RKC is to be able to do my snatch test with the 20kg. Which reminds me, I need to get to work on that!! Thanks for stopping by. :D
